Today's day went pretty good(rather call it tiring*)..basically running behind your two younger siblings with the ball *DODGEBALL chasing them and then they chasing me....I thought them how to play volleyball and soccer it was great...BUT I'M TIRED pfff**** I can't believe spring break is already over I mean it looks like it just started yesterday like *BOY -\(*-_-)/- Today I felt horrible A LITTLE KID FELL DOWN * while I was chasing the 4 square ball the kid started crying and sobbing and went running to his mommy, I was worried cuz I was just there and couldn't even catch him...he went to his mom and pointed at me and his mom gave me this glare...oh well I decided to go apologise, I ain't messing with kids mommies even tho it wasn't really my fault but apologizing doesn't make a person any smaller or shameful I go ahead and apologise to his mom gives me this smile *that its okay smile..and then I march back to continue playing volleyball... and after all the huff and puff we decide to return back...to home HOLD UP***SCHOOL TOMMOROW * surprise....ugh WHY ??? WELL ILL GET TO SEE PEOPLE RATHER THAN STAYING HOME LIKE A SLUG* -XXNIGHTXX :) Art can help expressing emotions and getting rid of stress, Is this true? Yes, it is, art can help a person get rid of stress and be more expressive and easily flow through their works of art. thoughts can help express indirectly through sculpting, painting, sketching, drawing etc. Drawing and art can take your mind of what’s stressing you. It carries many benefits of meditation, leaves you much less and light-minded. You can experience a calm flow when you are doing creative activities writing a diary or even gardening can help you through. Emotions are expressed not represented. Art helps a lot for people who have super stressed some ways you can get rid of stress are, one of my favorite ways to use the drawing for stress relief is to maintain a sketch diary. Keeping a sketchbook can be a way of journaling, and it can be creative and stress relieving. You can use a journal for personal art therapy and stress management in the following ways: you can draw out your emotions anytime you want whenever you want to whenever you feel like it.
Through looking at your own creation you can improve your skills of your self-observation. We cannot be said through words we may be more expressive through the art we are doing. It’s much easier for you to find out what situation you are in while doing art it might be happy, angry, sadly depends on you, depends on what’s your mood. Art therapy can be physical, fun, musical, digital and creative…and many more categories. In my opinion art and emotion has a thin line of connection. Art can make the hidden emotions visible.it helps you identify who you are and find your inner self. Simple art stuff like drawing sculpting and art can mentally make you feel light and comfortable it lowers your stress level and makes it easier for you to interact social and freely with your environment. Leonardo da Vinci said, “Painting embraces all the ten functions of the eye; that is to say, darkness, light, body and color, shape and location, distance and closeness, motion and rest.” Some coloring books are created for adults to freely fill the colors of the choice into blank pictures and patterns. Art therapy can help improve various mental and physical symptoms. Researchers found in over 100 studies conducted to connect the effects of art therapy on physical and psychological health that art allowed patients affected by mental illness to temporarily forget about their illnesses and allowed them to focus on positive life experiences. According to the scientist, the average person has 60,000 thoughts per day and 95% of them are exactly the same day in, day out! When the brain's ideas are activated, they can prevent people’s ability to perform higher imaginary functions until they have started healing from trauma. reducing pain, anxiety, and tension. It can be beneficial to those who have mental disorders, severe or light emotional abuse, cancer, post-traumatic stress disorders (PTSD), people who are bipolar, and a variety of other serious disorders. Creativity can help them make that increase to full understanding and expression. Art therapy can also help people with their social skills. The benefits of art therapy in these types of situations can help with people that are shy or who for some reason or another, have a difficult time functioning within social situations. Basically, the benefits of art therapy can be quite broad. It can improve lives by helping people improve their mental, emotional, and even physical states. It can raise the quality of life for many people, and it is worth considering if it can treat you in some way or another. Again, maybe it’s just the act of carrying out a creative expression on your own or with others, or maybe it’s taking professional help with a certified art therapist. Either way, the benefits of art therapy make it worth exploring as a person for healing. 1. Meditate* It is simple.sit up straight with both legs crossed, close your eyes and focus your attention on something peaceful. out loud or silently- a positive word such as "i feel at peace" or:
"i love myself". 2. Breathe Calmly* Take a 5-minute break and focus on your breathing. Sit up straight, eyes closed, with a hand side by side. Slowly inhale through your nose, feeling the breath start in your abdomen and work its way to the top of your head. 3. Be Present* Slow down. “Take 5 minutes and focus on only one behavior with awareness,” 4. Reach Out* Your social network is one of your best tools for handling stress. Talk to others -- preferably face to face, or at least on the phone. Share what's going on. You can get a fresh perspective while keeping your connection strong. 5. Tune In to Your Body* Mentally scan your body to get a sense of how stress affects it each day. Lie on your back, or sit with your feet on the floor. Start at your toes and work your way up to your scalp, noticing how your body feels. 6.Be Grateful* Keep a gratitude journal or several (one by your bed, one in your purse, and one at work) to help you remember all the things that are good in your life.
